I have never received hypnotherapy before, but have always been interested in this line of work. I had the idea that I would be “hypnotized” and would not have an control of the outcome, but that was actually not the case at all. It was more like a deep meditative state and I was conscious of the whole process which I am glad it turned out the way it did. Christine gave me a few options of focus while we were in session, and I chose to see what would come through but if it came up to focus on past life regression. I had two past lives come up and was very surprised at the amount of detail and depth that came through. Christine guided me through it all and when some of the issues became too emotional, she gently guided me through them in a very professional and respectful manor.
